Anne, I apologize for posting this here, but I had to get this info out immediately and have emailed people, but I thought the extra coverage would help.
Lacy's attorney has gained another extention because
he "threw his back out". It is felt that this is
simply a tactic on his part to wear down the state in
prosecution.
We DESPERATELY need to get the word out to as many of
those that we called. I notice that on the list there
was an email address, so perhaps that would be easier.
I have already emailed everyone I have
spoken/contacted with, except for a few, which I will
attempt to call since Ca. is 3 hours behind me.
Please, let everyone know that you can and continue to
use the phone card that Denice supplied.
