What is up with him?

Ping is acting like I am giving off a strange odd odor or something.

This started after supper. At first he was acting spooked by a pair of my son's shorts on the back of the couch. But then he came up to me acting like I smelled strange or different. He would take a sniff and jerk back a little. Then he just sat there and sniffed for the longest time. Then I got up to take to hubby and Ping came and sat beside me sniffing my legs. Next he started gentley biting my feet. Now he is just following me around.

What the heck has gotten into that silly boy.

Did you use a new soap or lotion? Sometimes mine will do that if they don't like the lotion I have on.

Is he indoor or outdoor? Perhaps another cat or other animal spooked him either outside or from the window. It happens to Charlie sometimes

What did you cook? Perhaps some of the smell was on you?

Only thing we cooked that night was spagettii and he has never acted that way when I cook that. Needless to say he is back to normal today.
