I'm Sorry

I just want to ask all of you to forgive me if I miss anything important going on in your lives or don't get to read all of your threads. I used to be able to, and it really bothers me that I can't anymore, but I just don't have the time that I used to have and though I try to get online as much as possible, I know there are things that you post that I miss, and I don't want anyone to think it's because I don't care or don't think your threads are important enough to reply to...it's just that I don't have the time to reply to each and every thread or post like I used to, but I miss all of you and try to catch up and reply to what I can when I can. I hope you understand. I just feel bad about it. And I feel bad that I can't get to know you new members very well because I am not around much. I hope this will change.

It always boggled my mind that you were able to respond to all the threads! Thank goodness not all of our 3,400 plus members post on these boards! You would still be answering the threads!

When we first became mods, this board was so small that responding to each thread was great and easy to do. Ummm- in case you haven't noticed- we've GROWN! No one expects you to respond to everyone- and thankfully this community stays active and everyone responds to everyone because we are all like-minded and friendly (and cat crazy folk!)

You take care of your pressing issues and know that this board and it's members are here for you at any time. You are also held in high regard here and you are missed when you are not among us.

Oh Debby - it doesn't matter. Nobody holds it against you that you're busy; have a home, baby and husband to look after, AND hold down a full time job.

It always nice when you do post, coz you always have something sweet and positive to say.

As Mary-Anne says, the are a lot of posts and a lot of people here now. It's great, but takes progressively longer to go through all the comments - even I'm finding it hard to keep up, and I'm on the computer all day with TCS in background!

Don't feel bad sweety - everyone understands.

Debby, there truly is no need to apologize! My goodness, you have a baby, hubby, home, full time job with mandatory overtime, plus just trying to take care of yourself.

We do miss you tremendously when you are gone, but we all understand why you can't be here like you were before. We all love you just as much now as we did when you replied to every thread.

Just so you know, it is getting harder to keep up with everything - it's not just you! I don't know how long it's been since I've been to the Health and Nutrition forum, and I only get to look at Behavior maybe once or twice a week. I used to be able to check every post in every forum every day!

Good grief, woman - you're only human and I hope that you have a life!

Of course we miss you, but like everyone else has said, you have a new baby, and a lot of other responsibilties. We will all still be here when you get time to come visit. One of my best friends is has a new baby, full time student, home, husband, and sometimes I don't hear from her for months, but I still love her every bit as much. Feel Better, sweetie! Give Amber hugs and kisses from all her cyber aunties and uncles.

I think the threads are a little overwhelming, so many new posts everyday and I barely ever even make it to the other forums! Family comes first and I'm sure everyone agrees with that!
