My kitten, Sally had diarrhea on Wednesday. I noticed it once and just assumed she had gotten a hold of something she shouldn't have. Yesterday am she was heaving on and off for an hour. This time I thought maybe she had a hairball. Last night, she had diarrhea again and it was dripping off of her behind and all over her paws. I only found one puddle of it on my carpet. So should I take her in today or just wait and see how she does? My other cat Cassie has never been sick, so this is all new to me. Thanks!

Thanks, that is kind of what I figured. They open in 15 min. I hope I can get her in today. If not, I'll find someone who can.

They were able to get me in right away.
The doctor said that he couldn't feel any masses, her gums were pink and she has hydrated. He said that based on the symptoms that she just has gastroenteritis. He gave her a shot of medicine and sent me home with a prescription.
