Zebra and Milo went in for their exam and vaccinations today. Zebra went from being 5.4 pounds to 7.5 pounds. The last time she was there was last year when she got spayed. Milo went from being 9.9 pounds to 10.6 pounds.
When the vet was cleaning Zebras ears she found a little yellow ball in it. My boyfriends dad has this gun thing that shoots little yellow plastic balls and we always make sure we pick them up after but I guess one got missed somewhere and somehow she managed to get it right down in her ear.
That was really weird. That gun doesn't get used anywhere near the cats so we really don't understand how that could have possibly happened.
Overall, they are both healthy.
I am so surprised at how much weight Zebra gained since she got spayed though. She really grew a lot in the last year but I didn't really notice it until today when I was trying to get her in the carrier. It was a lot harder than last year because shes so much bigger.
