Make an easy shepards pie. Boil the potatoes and mash with milk, sour cream, etc...
Brown the hamburger-do you have onion????
Dice up the carrot and microwave for 2-3 minutes until tender and add the peas and carrot to the hamburger. Do you have gravy mix??? Or worchestershire sauce Tomato paste???
You want to make a gravy to add to hamburger season well add a couple tablespoons of Tomato paste and worchestershire sauce.
Heat oven to 350F
Place meat/veggie mix in casserole dish, top with mashed potatoes and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 30 minutes!!

Possibly some burgers, baked potato, and some veggies with a bit of melted butter on the top.

Watching the robins sing!
Meatloaf - use some cream to thicken instead of egg? Mash potatoes and spread on top of meatloaf for about 15 minutes (after coooking ML) carrots on the side!

I ended up cooking the beef and onion in a skillet then adding the carrot, cooked the corn and peas in a separate pan, added stock to the beef mix a bit of flower to thicken it, added corn and peas simmered and served with mash
thanks for the suggestions tho
