I am sick of it! The attacking has to stop!

Please don't tell me to give him a toy or play with him. I DO all those things but even while I'm sleeping he ATTACKS my hands/arms. I'm not about to get up at 3 in the morning to play with him after I've gone to bed. When I come home from work I play with him and make sure he is worn out.. but it does not matter he will get more energy shortly and still attack me. When I give him a toy he'll play with it for 2 seconds and then decide that my arms are more fun to sink his teeth into. He's about 6 months old now and he has been neutered and declawed on his front paws. He has a stuffed animal that he plays with sometimes, a couple mice, and numerous balls that he chases around the house but nothing is as good as chewing my hands and arms apart. I am completely fed up with it.
