Yes it will. Be sure and give the medication as instructed since it is important for her to get well
.

If you notice any signs of the kitten not eating or drinking regularly, call the vet at once, since kittens at that age can deteriorate very rapidly.

good luck!
Write and let us know how your kitten is doing!!

Sugar water? I've never heard of that for a kitten. At eleven weeks, she is able to eat solid foods, and she needs the nutrients found in kitten foods for one year, as she is growing rapidly and using a lot of energy. I would suggest a high-quality kitten food such as Nutro; Petco, PetsMart, and other "pet" supply stores carry a variety of foods specifically for kittens' needs. I would not suggest buying her any foods from the supermarket, due to their inferior quality. GOOD LUCK and please let us know how she is doing; the other poster was right in that you need to give her all of the medicine as prescribed. Make sure she has plenty of fresh, clean water available to drink at all times, and I would feed a dry food for kittens free-choice (a bowl available at all times) plus a wet kitten food three times a day, as recommended.

Woohoo! Any word on what was causing her to be so sick?

Continuing to pray for a full recovery for your baby.
