hello i have an 11 week old female kitten she has been vomiting i HAVE took her to the vets and she had an injection and has had some medicene that i have to give at home, she is still being a little sick but not as bad as she was will this pass?
Yes it will. Be sure and give the medication as instructed since it is important for her to get well .

If you notice any signs of the kitten not eating or drinking regularly, call the vet at once, since kittens at that age can deteriorate very rapidly.

good luck! Write and let us know how your kitten is doing!!

thanks for the reply whats the best thing i can give her as she seems to be turning her nose up at a lot of foods?. ive heard sugar water may be good is this right?
Sugar water? I've never heard of that for a kitten. At eleven weeks, she is able to eat solid foods, and she needs the nutrients found in kitten foods for one year, as she is growing rapidly and using a lot of energy. I would suggest a high-quality kitten food such as Nutro; Petco, PetsMart, and other "pet" supply stores carry a variety of foods specifically for kittens' needs. I would not suggest buying her any foods from the supermarket, due to their inferior quality. GOOD LUCK and please let us know how she is doing; the other poster was right in that you need to give her all of the medicine as prescribed. Make sure she has plenty of fresh, clean water available to drink at all times, and I would feed a dry food for kittens free-choice (a bowl available at all times) plus a wet kitten food three times a day, as recommended.
