Help! Cat wont stop sucking on me!!

Help! Please. I posted this thread a year ago when i got my kitten, Adam. For over a year now he has annoyed me with his chronic nipple sucking! I mean, he will crawl into bed with me after i fall asleep and push a side whatever garment I have on and suck on my nipple as if he is breast feeding from me. I dont know if this is cute or just wrong but i need help cuz I personally think its gross.

I have tried wearing a bra to bed but he will just push it aside. I have tried tobasco sause but I think it hurt me more then it hurt him. And I have tried the bitter apple spray. I seriously need help. I thought Adam would grow out of this, but he hasnt. Any other suggestions?

Hi! This does sound a bit frustrating......May I ask if he is neutered? How old is he and do you have a healthy play time with him every day?

I'm afraid I don't have any advice for you, but I do have a story. A cat that my family had when I was a kid would suck our fingers. I remember when she was young she started sucking on our noses and earlobes, etc, but my parents thought it wasn't sanitary, so we redirected her to our fingers, which she was happy with.

Our theory was that she was taken away from her mother too young. Unfortunately, she never did grow out of it.

Can you put a little bitter apple spray on your nipples? heh that sounds funny but it might work (unless you have your nipples pierced or something! Ouch!)

My cat Molly who is one yr does this with my dressing gown she kneeds with her little paws and sucks the dressing gown, she has done it since she was a kitten, but only does it with the dressing gown.
