it's diet though! thay do say that diet doesn't help you lose weight anyway

You should probably go to the dentist and get fitted for dentures, at this rate your teeth will be falling out in a few years!
they are not here to stop me!!! the kitties don't care either. Hey its diet, its sugar free! no teeth rotting! but the jelly beans I eat all day might contribute to that

I actually was addicted to DP in 7th grade and I broke myself of it then, but I apparently have fallen right back in the trap

now sweet tea, that I think is nasty
I drink iced straight up as I call it, no sugar no lemon. I can drink a gallon of that at one sitting too.

on a more serious note, I do consume large quanities of beverages and I had myself tested for diabetes in the spring and my sugar levels came back as perfectly normal- go figure

Just quit cold turkey -that's what i did (errr i would warn those around you that you might be a little "tense" if you do though
i was horrible the first few weeks i quite drinking soft drinks when i was younger. that stuff really messes you up too- i felt sooo much better once it was all out of my system!
) I think sweet tea may be more of a southern thing - i like a nice cup of hot tea too - now that's sooo good! (i'm a little obsessed with my tea- i have my own little "tea cabinent" - a whole side of a cabinet devoted just to my teas
)

hey, I quit smoking at the beginning of the year, don't drink (alcohol) that much, I gotta have one vice! well, besides obsessively collecting cats, but that's beside the point! DP is my indulgence, along with jelly beans- full sugar jelly beans
I have issues

Haha, Pepsi is all i drink and I drink it all day long
I always have for some odd reason I wasnt a koolaide kid I wanted wat my mom was drinking and that was that
But ya it all really depends on what I eat, if it makes me really thirsty that 2 liter is gone quickly like within an hour
Luckily tho I guess since thats all i drink and ive drank it for so long I dont get hyper off of it at all
Thank goodness

Research has shown that diet drinks are seriously addictive - I think it is the aspartamine or suger substitute, and there can be serious side effects. My friend went through it and had an awful difficulty in giving up. So it is not a joke to drink them like that. Do try and give them up - go for sparkly water with a drop of pure lemon or orange oil - very thirst quenching and harmless.

Well so far out of everyone that has posted here, I hold the record. A 2L bottle of root beer in less than 15 minutes
. Don't as me how I did it because I have no idea. I was really thirsty when I did it but still I don't think I was that thirsty. Ever since then, I don't drink much for soda. I have a can of Pepsi every once in a while but no more 2L bottles in one day
