How many times a day...

According to my vet they should pee 3-4 times a day. That sound about right based on my cats' behavior. My cats usually poop once a day, occasionally twice. Since switching to all wet food they pee more due to the extra moisture in the food and poop less because wet food is more digestible than dry food.
Layla pees about 3 times a day, poops 1-2 times a day, depending on how much wet and dry food she eats.
Both of my kitties poop once a day. Hannah, my youngest pees 3-4 times a day. Callie, who's 12-ish and has kidney problems, pees more frequently...about 4-6 times a day. Her overall output is about the same as Hannah's, but Callie pees less at a time. Confused yet??
