I ask - because spend a fortune on wet food Smidge doesnt eat.
I continue with it though - because she cries for it (since it is our routine) and because she will lick up the liquid.

I know the liquid is important; I'm just tired of all the waste.

I thought instead I could give her a bit of chicken broth. Would that be ok? Can you think of any reason why it wouldnt be a good idea?

Thank you !

Oh sorry - she gets dry regularly - Cal-Nat - and is never fussy with the dry.

I started her on wet a.m. and p.m. b/c of the benefits, but rarely does she actually eat the food.

Its fine, only problem is it might be a little too salty on a regular basis. Are you talking about using the broth from cooked fresh chicken or the chicken bouilion cubes? The cubes would be way too salty.

I was going to check the ingredients before giving her the broth I eat - which is Organic and low salt, comes in a carton. (Pacific Rim I think it is). Definitely not the cubes.

I was just going to give a tablespoon or so.

She's so fussy she won't even eat cooked chicken I make for her! Sheesh!
