My five month old kitten just got medicine for a UTI called Clavamox. It's supposed to be refrigerated but sat in the car (accidentally) for about 40 minutes. Is it safe to give him?

It should be fine, I think it is one of those where refridgeration is recommended but absolutely necessary, like Amoxi. But it should be fine.

Depends on how hot it was when it was in there. If it has tinges of yellow (unless it is bananna flavored) I wouldn't use it. It can spoil pretty quickly even under the refrigerator light.
