Help! I need to create a certificate

My boss just asked me to create a certificate for the winner of our department bowling outing. Very tongue-in-cheek. Sadly, I'm not very creative (nor very good in Photoshop yet), so I was looking for a tutorial that would give me a basic design that I could modify to fit what we want. But I can't find anything.

Does anyone know where I can find a tutorial like that? Hopefully, something fairly basic and not too compliacated? I would be eternally grateful

If you want to do super simple, MS Word has some ok ones you can download as templates.

Thanks. I know. I ended up doing it in PowerPoint. I really wanted to try one in Photoshop for the practice, but I didn't have enough time to fuss with it.
