New here! Hello all!

I have a spoiled 5 year old cat I rescued from the streets of NY a couple days before a bad blizzard and a 12 year old cat that i also rescued from the streets of NY. Both kitties are FIV positive.
I also have a betta fish. I am moving to the country to a house with 3 acres, so I am planning on getting a dog, another kitten, a goat and maybe a horse!

The 12 year old cat stayed with my parents, because my dad luv Sissy, and the 5 year old stayed with me and my husband cause the cat and my Hubbie are inseparatable! lol

His name is Joe Poopers because he poops all the time and his poop is so big, it look like people's poop

he is one spoiled cat! He luvs to sit on the sofa, his back against the back of the sofa and his legs up in the air, and he luvs to sit beside my hubbie in the sofa and watch sports center

He is a grey 20 lb short haired bundle of spoiled joy. he is a bit obese, but he has FIV and he was dying of starvation when we rescued him, so his vet said to just let him be. he also has gum disease and he only has 6 teeth left on his poor mouth. Sissy has no teeth. The vet said that gum disease is prevalent among stray kitties with FIV.

Joe Poopers also had his own bathroom and slept in the bed with us, on the pillow, all stretched out. He acts just like we do LoL. he slept on the third pillow between my hubbie and I, would put his head on the pillow and cover the rest of his body under the blankets LoL

Right now, since we bought land and are building a house, we moved temporary with my parents and sissy, and since my mom has asthma, the cats have to sleep in the garage.

Joe was not to happy the first week, but he got used to it and both him and Sissy sleep together in their own bed in the garage, so him, being such a good kitty, got used to it already!

Here's my cat's Journal
and a photo of him
he is doing what he luvs doing best on this photo, laying on the sofa watching TV

Thanks everyone for the warm welcomes!
And yes, he sure is a big one! And def. in charge! Hubby and I joke around that we do not own Joe, he owns us and all that we own is his. When we lived in the apartment, he owned a bathroom ( we had 2) and he would get mad when someone would use his bathroom, he also owned the sofa ( he would literally push me off the sofa so he could sit ) and of course, he owned the bed, he just let us sleep on it with him LoL
He is such a punk!

I am a bit afraid how Joe will acclimate to the big outdoors. He is such an indoor kitty! He has been inside our apartment in the city for 3 years and he gets scared and nervous about every little noise. We joke that he is a condo kitty! lol

But we are at my parents right now, that own a house in a subdivision with a bit of a yard, so I think it is good for joe to start small. Don't want to shock him from moving from a small city apartment into the woods overnight!

We just have to make sure he stays indoors at night, I think we might have a fox hole in our property ( which is AWESOME, but sure would not want joe to met a fox! )

Anyways, I tend to babble on when I talk about Joe, lol, so I better stop now
Thanks everyone for the warm welcomes, i been surfing around and really enjoy this board, everyone here seems to know much about cats and i always enjoy people who loves cats
