Oh Shadow

hey everyone just was wondering. I just took David my new lil kitty into my home about 3 wks ago. He is such a good boy. The problem is shadow who is the matriarch cat of the house,Will hiss at him if he tries to play with her. She will also hiss for almost no reason, like when he was up on my small fold away table , she just hissed at him. Is this normal??? Also how long will it take for her to get used to him??? Please I need help with this situation. Ive had shadow for 3 yrs now. thank you Donna

Very normal. Shadow will get used to him in time.
