For all of those, like me, who can't afford a Photoshop program!
I stumbled on this program that wasn't listed on the siggie help thread. It's called Paint.Net.

It's just like Photoshop... well, not exactly but close enough! It's free too.

I bought Adobe and can't use it for my life.. but I can somewhat do MINOR things on Paint.NET.. Great "replacement" program for adobe!

Yeah Photoshop, especially the CS versions are quite advanced and take a lot of time to get to know enough to use.

If you are not using it for work, I wouldn't recommend spending the $$$ on it
