My kittie thinks he's a bunny!!

I'm just joking. He doesn't actually think he's a bunny (he thinks he's a poodle) but he does use his back legs to hop like one. I took him and Angel(my sister's cat) outside to play for a bit and whenever he tried to run, he just used both back legs to hop like a bunny. It was kind of funny to watch, but also sad since he kept falling over every few seconds and dragging his back end around. I think he had a good time though.
Does anyone know if this would have anything to do with his back disease, or is this just the way he runs now???? I know his back is always bothering him.

If he has damage to his back, there is a good chance that the way he walks is affected. Has a vet seen him?

Oh most definitely. He's got a collapsed disk in his middle back. He's on prednisone, glucosamine, and the occasional medicam.

Poor baby. It does sound like he's adapting though.
