Favorite types of chocolate?[/B] milk chocolate!!!!!! I LOVE chocolate with nuts and caramel in it as well as plain milk chocolate! I'm not a big dark chocolate fan though!

Favorite scents for candles?[/B] "applewood" -Wood Wick is my absolute favorite- i love anything that smells like apples! i also LOVE anything that smells like pumpkin pie, gingerbread, citrus amber, caramel, lilac, tiger lily, berries etc.. (i HATE chocolate scented candles and rose scented candles. - the chocolate ones just make me hungry

and the rose ones remind me of old fake flowers)

Favorite scents for lotions? Apple, Tahitian Vanilla, Ylang-Ylang, Jasmine, anything with a nice floral or musk scent! I'm not picky about my lotion- i am a lotion freak! (i like just about anything except rose scents) - Anything from LUSH! I am a LUSH junkie

not at all! i love to read! (i'm a sucker for anything romantic, funny, or anything by shakespear or michael crichton)

Do you collect anything? I collect little wooden painted bobble head turtles- i LOVE them! I also LOVE unique spoon rests for my kitchen! I love little cat figurine type salt/pepper shakers or little serving bowls/etc for the kitchen. I also LOVE warm fleecy socks/house shoes. I have foot problems- so i wear them all the time! I also "collect" recipes from my friends/family members- they write down their favorite recipes and i keep them all in a little book so i always have them at hand for a special dinner/dessert! That's something really special i enjoy!

What is your favorite color?[/B] Definitely Blue!!! (darker blues) I also LOVE LOVE LOVE Yellow, Green, Pink, Reds, Dark Purples, you name it- i'm not too picky!

If your SS is from overseas, is there anything special you would like them to include?[/B]
something unique to your country- like a small figurine or christmas ornament or something fun i could display in my house that is not common around here.

1-What colors are the rooms in your home?
Kitchen - Hideous wallpaper

- we are planning on doing our kitchen in slate grey and empire red though in the future- so something that would blend with that (pretty blues and reds probably)
Living area- it's a golden sand color - anything that has an antique gold color to it, red, or blue looks pretty nice with the decor.
Bathrooms- my guest bathroom is a "spiced red pepper" - i have a gold/chocolate brown thing going on it there for the accents.

our master bathroom currently has very ugly wallpaper in it so we will be getting rid of that soon. I plan to do a nice shade of medium green in there or blue- not sure yet- so anything like a Pearl White color might look good in there.

bedrooms- our master bedroom is the same golden sand color as the living room. the furniture is a light wood color and we're planning on doing a shade of medium blue for the bedding/etc so anything that goes with that color scheme.

the other two bedrooms- the 1st guest bedroom is a faded light yellow - i'm not planning to decorate that room yet as it's going to be our nursery when we have kids. The other guest bedroom is currently the cat's room- it's a blue color. There's nothing in there but kitty stuff so anything the kitties might like i'm sure would look good in there!

2- what is your decorating style?[/B] I love things that look classy/elegant with a little bit of country to it. I like things that make a person feel welcomed in my home (not like they need to leave their shoes at the door/etc for fear of sitting anywhere or anything like that! we love to entertain so i love stuff that makes my guests feel comfortable). I'm all about keeping things nice and classy, but at the same time- very welcoming!

I hate Sudoku, but i LOVE crossword puzzles! I like wordsearches too!

Any colors that you don't like? no oranges or aqua blue/greens please

How do you feel about black & white photos? I love them! they're really classy!!

do your kittys like to wear clothes? They don't- but i think it would be fun to dress them up and torture them by taking their pictures in cute get-ups!

who is your fav. sport star or team? I'm not a huge sport person. (i don't really care for football, or basketball) i do enjoy watching baseball though- the Cardinals are my favorite team! I also am a huge PBR fan (professional bull riding) -Justin McBride is my favorite rider.

I have 6 animals. Two dogs (Fosters & Whiskey), 4 cats (Velvet, Isabella, Jasmine, Kojak) -The dogs LOVE any kind of food/treat or toy they can find!

I normally get softer dog treats for the boys as Whiskey is older and prefers those. The kitties love anything that tastes like salmon, turkey, chicken,etc! The kitties love sparkly pom pom balls, mice, - anything they can play with it!

Does your pet (s) have any allergies to certaint foods/treats that should be avoided? Mine have no allergies to foods / treats to the best of my knowledge. I however do not feed eithor my cats or dogs Greenies!

Do you like lip gloss? What flavors? I love anything and everything!!! (the only thing i can't use lip gloss wise is anything with Cinnamon flavor- it gives my lips a nasty rash!)

What kind of magazines do you enjoy reading? Real Simple, Martha Stewart, Rachel Ray, Cooking Light, Better Homes & Gardens, Red Book, Cosmo, Any kind of cat/dog magazine.

Do you enjoy board games? What is your favorite? We love board games! Monopoly
is my favorite!

What are your favorite "comfort" things that make you happy? a nice coffee mug, a warm fleecy blanket, fuzzy slippers/socks, a scented candle.

Are there any scents (candles/perfume/etc) that should be avoided due to allergies? For me any kind of lotion or lip gloss with cinnamon (food is ok though). Any kind of food with grapefruit. All candle scents are fine!

Do you have pierced ears? - yes!! i dont get allergic, but i find anything with surgical steel posts is the best for me

What kinds? i LOVE silver/white gold/gun metal (anything of those colours) the main stuff i wear is earrings, i don't like to be too bogged up with jewellery. i don't like gold. i like unique or simple (like simple silver studs but in the shape of spiderwebs!). goth or wiccan. something that stands out.

How many animals do you have? What kind (cats, dogs, etc!) Tell us a little about their favorite toys/treats! Chuckie is on his lonesome here (my kitty) he loves wand/fishing rod toys with feathers and string. He chews on pens and shoelaces too lol. He loves anything to do with food! He is a more nervous and stressed kitty since being indoors, any sort of treat that has calming down herbs would be great!

Do you like lip gloss? What flavors? i LIVE for lip gloss. i love lipsmackers/bonne bell. anything that does not test on animals and has yummy fruity or choc/coffee flavours

I have my 2 kitty girls (Mooch and Noodles!) and they love any fish flavored treats. Noodles likes crinkly balls to bat around or furry toys she can wrestle (she steals my stuffed animals for that too). Mooch likes mice and milk rings the best. They both like thier catnip toys.

Does your pet (s) have any allergies to certaint foods/treats that should be avoided? Not to my knowledge, but Mooch is picky. She only goes for fish flavors in canned foods and things. Noodles is less picky, but does like the seafood stuff the best I'd say.

What kind of magazines do you enjoy reading? I like home themed ones or cooking themed ones. I currently subscribe to Cat Fancy, Readers Digest and Sky & Telescope.

What are your favorite "comfort" things that make you happy? Tea or hot chocolate, CHOCOLATE, and just cozying up in a quiet relaxing atmosphere.

Are there any scents (candles/perfume/etc) that should be avoided due to allergies?Just ones that are too strong. For example, Yankee's Home Sweet Home gives me a headace if I have it in a small room, but a bigger one it's fine. (I used to sell them when I was in college so I'm more familiar with that brand, but it's not the only one I like, I just know it better for my examples.

Favorite types of chocolate? Dark chocolate, I don't really care for white chocolate, though I had it once with broken peppermint in it and that was good!
Favorite scents for candles? I really like peppermint scent, pine, harty scents. Not so into flowery smells.
Favorite scents for lotions? I'm not a big lotion user but I like them occasionally. Those I like fruity smells.
If you like to read, do you have a problem with receiving a used book?Nope, I like books that are like Sidney Sheldon (though i've read all of his already) and Patricia Cornwell. I also love true crime books though they are hard to find now so used is the only way I have found them lately.
Do you collect anything? As most of us cat stuff, though the house is real small so I don't get to display them now. I'm a crafty type of person and like things like that so I've sort of started collecting stamps (the kind you use with ink and paper, not postage stamps) now too.

She's really mild mannered and will play with most anything.

His favorite toy seems to be my feet when I'm walking around... he seems easy to amuse but its hard to actually get him to chase something. He would probably go for a cat dancer or a feather teaser. He's into string and yarn....

He has a very thick coat... if someone got him a good brush that will help trim the under coat that would be awesome.

Hi everyone!

As you all know, I get to be a snoop!!! :cackles madly:

So, in light of this, I've already been contacted to do some snooping (imagine..a *real* excuse to be a buttinsky!).

So, if you are participating in the Secret Santa.. I think it would be helpful to know how many pets you have, their names, and a basic description of them including their likes, dislikes, and potentially even their appearance. If they have a favorite thing.. this is the time to post it.

I will start off with mine.

Bagheera, Khan, Noel, Joyeux, and Pogue. That's my crew.. they all like the little rabbit fur mice (meowy tries to buy the ones that are byproducts of the food industry for ethical reasons). They also love alpaca..woven or fur. Favorite toys include "da bird" especially the brightly colored ones which are difficult to find. Khan's favorite color is hot pink and he particularly likes mylar toys. Noel has a preference for white bunny. Everyone else likes everything, usually. Pogue reasons particularly well, and has a fetish for interactive puzzle type toys but we haven't seen too many of these on the market.

They have: the hanging tiger toy thingy with the balances and weights.. all kinds of small fluffy toys, track mouses, a puzzle box that the toys go inside (although they could use some "balls" to put in here.. I should have ordered more when I bought the toy

). That's all I can think of at the moment.
