I haven't actually checked regs, but my lot got catnip toys last Christmas from a friend in the US, so apprently it's OK.

I'm having way too much fun with this SS stuff.
I sent to France last year, and I wanted to send a book I particularly liked. The regulations I believe said that you couldn't send any books in another language that were available in French.

When you are sending overseas or out of your country, it's harder to do that, but you can sign it secret santa and put your address, but... it's less annonomous.
