I was at the store today and found some cartoons of milk that are safe for cats (not kitten formula just milk that is lactose free or something). Are these good to give cats/kittens as a treat or something I should stay away from? I thought it'd be a cool thing to give to Chaos like once a week, or twice a month, or something.

They are good for treats.
They were a big hit here, but too spendy with 6 cats.
I get a quart of goat milk at the supermarket now and freeze it in ice cube trays for treats.

yeah it was almost $1 for one cartoon from the petstore but I didn't get any of them because I wasn't sure if they were good or not. I think I'll pick one up to see how he does on it.

They are good, but try him on it with small amounts at a time; some cats still can't tolerate even this lactose-free milk and will develop diarrhea from it. You should be able to tell pretty fast...
