Food Question......

Okay,

How much food do you guys give your kitten/cat??

My baby turned 1 in July - so she is now on the adult food (Purina One)

We also give her some wet food (she loves it) - friskies in the can, and it must be shredded or she won't eat it

So, just want to know - how much of the wet food do all of you give per day?

Here is what we do:

Dry food, we leave out at all times (of course, changing the old to new if she doesn't finish it)

Wet food, we give her a little bit from the can and then refrigerate the rest (we can get 2 or 3 meals out of it) - We give this once a day in the evening for her dinner (around 6 or 7)

If you can give her a can of wet food( higher quality in shredded would be evan Meow mix or sheba( sheba is not a complete food ) and only a snack of dry left out during the day

I don't think she would eat a whole can of wet - Most of the time (not all), she doesn't finish what I give her and I have to throw it out. It's kind of weird, because she loves the wet food, but I guess she only needs a little bit

Mine, only likes smaller portions of wet. So 1 small can last her
1 day with 3 small meals. So, give kitty small portions a couple times
a day & frigerate the rest using a can cover for next day.

They get about 1/2 cup of dry and 1/2 can wet (6 oz can)
