Should I give her to a different family?

Hi, I have 6 cats and one of the most recent ones I am concidering giving away. My cats are; Bobbie 8, Serj 2.5, Sascha 2.5, Thao and Helmytt (sascha's babies) 1.5, and Susie 1. I am thinking about giving away Susie bc she just doesnt seem happy here. I have had all but bobbie and susie for 1.5 years or longer. I took Bobbie and Susie out of a home where they were neglected. Bobbie was so close to death it was unreal, Susie was still healthy.

Thao and Helmytt love Susie soo much, they clean her and lay with her and play with her and are so much in love. Everyone though is higher up on their thing then Susie so she gets picked on a lot; attacked, ran after, smacked sometimes. It usually isn't too violent but I know she not happy about it.

She is also very shy. She doesn't like to be pet much and she doesn't play much either. I have tried to give her one on one attention and try and stop them others when they are messin with her. Do you think I should look for another home? I hate seeing her this way, I know she could be a lot happier. I love her so much!

Susie just got fixed a few days ago. Now all of my cats are fixed... do you think that might help out the situation??

That may help (tho usually intact males/females are the bosses). I'd give her awhile longer and see if things change.

In the meantime you can look around for a good home with some friends/coworkers if necessary. Maybe find an only cat home or one with just 1 other laid back cat.

i love her so much i would hate to see her go. i was going to at least wait a lil while to see if her gettin fixed would help, but i hate this! all the cats will come to the bedroom with me and she will be the only one that isnt in there! i cant see her unhappy like this. we shall see, hopefully things will even out, but my brother and his fiance are getting a house and they had wanted her a while ago... maybe they still will! at least then if it doesnt work out they can just bring her back and i will be able to see her when i want... i just hope they still want her! i gotta get ready for class. thanks for the advice!!
