A small step for Scratch...

Scratch gets talked about for being a funny, goofy, and not so bright kitty, yet he has quite a past. When we first got him all he would do is "Meep". No Meows no chirps, very little purring, and we just couldn't touch him.

As time has gone by he's gotten much better, but I never ever got the chirp I was looking for. Last night we were playing with The Cat Dancer and I heard a small, "chirp". I looked at him and said, "Scratch Fury, did you just chirp at me?"

And then he did it again.

We are so proud of Scratch. You have amazing way of bring out the best in your kitties.

Yeah Scratch!!! I love shy kitties and he sounds like such a sweetie. Too funny how he did it again when you asked him!!

I always ask my kitties questions. Sometimes I'm shocked by the answers.

He's come leaps and bounds since we first got him.

I love those "little things" that we know are really BIG leaps for the shy and scared kitties.
