Seamus did the funniest thing

Seamus has adjusted pretty quickly to the back to work routine... play in the AM before work and play in the PM around bedtime... plus he has a tennis ball and two soft balls out to play with at his leisure. Last night I just crashed... I was literally on my feet from 8:30am to 4:30pm and I just was way too tired to give him 100% when we played last night, and I was in bed at an insanely early hour. This morning, we played a few minutes and I got up to leave and called him over for his little sratch on the head before I leave, and he hit my hand and laid there on my feet rolling around, so I gave him 5 more minutes... he made it seem like it was the best 5 minutes of his life and was so into his play... and when I got home today he let me pick him up and actually hold him, purring away... which is rare.

I guess he just wanted to make sure I wasn't neglecting him, which I would never do

AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW, what a neat story! Seamus sounds like quite a personality kid. Give him an extra sratch for me, won't you?

He tried it again today when I bent over for the head scratch... rolled around with his paper towel ball on the floor and bounced and bounced... but I resisted... it was cute once, can't make a habit out of it
