After 4 days of treatment Momma cat (and kittens) seem fine!! She was very warm/feverish thru Sunday afternoon.
Her udder was very hard and warm until Monday morning
but is near normal now.
We had some Fishmox (a form of amoxicillin in capsule form) that we gave her half the capsule sprinkled on some moist food twice a day. We also have been feeding the kittens twice a day from a nurser bottle just to give them some extra nutrients. I work for a vet supply catalog company called Valley Vet(also know as Direct Pet Superstore) so I was able to get everything I needed there.
I don't recommend doing anything without a vet supervision,
but we were just lucky this worked.
