Hope everyone has been having a good day so far.

I am in cooking mode tonight so am preparing some more of the vegetables that my brother dropped off for me at the beginning of the week.

Tonight I am preparing Spaghetti Squash with a tomato and Romano cheese sauce, some garlic bread and green grapes for dessert.

What's on your menu.

I am officially drooling. That sounds amazingly tasty. I have no idea what's for dinner on my end. Maybe I can convince Rob to go to Tommy's, where they have steamed clams in a white wine sauce over linguine... hmm.

Good ol' hamburgers! We haven't had 'red meat' in over a month! We mostly had chicken and fish because hubby needs to slim down a bit, lol. Don't tell him that I said that.

That sounds yummy! Mind sharing your spaghetti squash recipe?

My birthday was yesterday and my husband took me out to dinner.

PSJAuntie gave me our dinner for tonight as a birthday present! Get this!!!: A pound of Snapper (fish), lemon, a bag of Ceasar salad, a loaf of Italian bread, 2 baking potatoes, fresh strawberries, whipped cream, and cake shells (to make strawberry shortcake with). She also gave me an 18 pack of Budweiser!

(Thanks again PSJAuntie! )

It is very easy actually. I cut the squash in half, put it face down on a backing tray with a little water and bake until tender.

Once it is cooked you can scoop it out just like spaghetti. The sauce is made separately, by sauteing some tomato's onions, and green pepper's(optional) add 1 cup crushed tomato, a little salt, pepper, garlic, oregano, and basil, some Romano cheese. Then serve just like spaghetti, I generally mix it all together but you can just pour it over as well.

Tonight I am going to do a small pork roast with the Potato's and carrots, he brought as well.
Double yum

I'm making a dish with chicken. You cook green olives and grape tomatoes (along with other ingredients) with the chicken. When you simmer it the juices come out. You serve it over white rice. DELICIOUS if your an olive fan!
