Goodness grashyous - we had an earthquake last night and they moved the cafe from the old place. We will get everything fixed up again.

Welcome to
Smudge's Colorado Cafe
(our new location)

Smudge's Colorado Cafe is a place for all kittys and their frens to come hang out.

Some of our akomodations are:
  • Comfy booths where you can enjoy our kwizine

  • Bar area with a big skreen tv for the tuff boyz to watch sports. We also have a danse floor here and will have live entertainment on occashons

  • A kwiet room for those wanting intimate conversation or to read. The kwiet area always has a warm sun spot.

  • A playroom with lots and lots of toys and stuffs to climb on


I'm Luzee and my sisters are Karlee and Much. We frekwently went to the Roofies Bar and Grill. The owners (Rufus and Lukey) moved on and we started taking over the bar. We had been thinking of making the bar more of our own. Our dear lil fren, Smudge, has become seriously ill now and we decided to renovate and name the cafe after him. With permission of his Meowmy Kim, we have put up some pitures of our sweetie.



Smudge is a speshal kitty with magical eyes.

You girls are so good to put up the information again for the new kitties. Our older cafe was getting pretty full - good thing we moved to a newer, bigger one. That doesn't mean Ari can put on those roller skates and whiz around because there's more room now, though.

Meowmy said that seeing the pictures of Smudge made her heart go ba-doom, ba-doom.

I see you have even more window seats than at the other cafe. Ooooooh, where is my lovely Topaz? Come here beautiful and cuddle with me. I missed you while I was out wandering.

Wow! This is a nice new cafe! Much bigger and do I see 2 new TV's and a bigger play room? Cool!!! Golly, the kitchen is bigger too, I bet Chef loves that! I loves that the pictures of smudgie were putted back up! They are so pretty and special. We misses him lots and I know he loves this place is in his honor!

Certainly, lil Corbet. Rufus, get the young kitty his breakfast. Brutus, have you seen Dougie? Does he know that we've moved? Go see if he's waiting at the old place which is all locked up.

This place is so nice and clean. I think we're going to be happy here. But kitty frens, Much and me have not had a gud week. Meomy keeps shoving peeces of butter down my throat and Much is getting shots. Meomy sez it is for our own gud, but I don't thinks so.

Hey Brutus, you fownd Dougie and he was at the old place. Dougie, calm down. The old place was getting old and leaky so we moved here. It will be ok

Well, time for brekfast tho Meomy is saying sumthing abowt medcine.

Good morning everyone. I'm hungry as all get-out today. Have to make up for those 4 lost days with no food.

Mika is coming along later - since I came home from my little adventure she is acting very strange. She sniffs me and then starts hissing. I pretty much just ignore her so she didn't want to come with me.

Hi Corbet. Yes, I was scared. When meowmy and daddy found me I stayed under the bush growling real deep and masculine like. I'm glad to be home again. I still tell daddy that I want to go outside, but so far he won't let me go out. Meowmy says that's good but I'd like to take a look around out there.

Hey S&H. I'm feeling pretty good. I'm sure getting lots of love and attention from the humans. I've been sleeping really close to meowmy every night because I know how she missed having me lick her neck, nose and eyelids. The first night I was home she kept waking up and checking to see if I was really there or if it was a dream. Then she'd wake me up by petting me and loving on me. I had to sleep all day after she went to work to make up for lost sleep.

wunce wen i had dat surgee and came home ansd smelt funny, shenandoah wudn;t get neer me til meowmy got us two at the same tyme and rubbed us ganst eech ofurr. it took a day or 2, but we were back to normal.

we so glad u home safe!

We boff had a greta birffy day! Momma went to the Y an her and daddy went to dinner and they had cake n ice cream! I got treats, and momma played lots of games with me, and gave me lots of extra pettings and scritches!! Thanks bruffers for askin! Do you guys wanna play?

I wouldn't miss it for anything. I'm sorry to be so late, but after meowmy got up this morning, she covered me up to the neck and I fell right back to sleep.

Has anyone seen Mika - she's been acting really strange since meowmy and purrpa found me on Sunday. She has these little hissy fits. I just sit and look at her wondering what the heck is wrong with her and then she runs off. Strange little one she is.

It is a lovely day though I'm still mad at Meomy. She keeps shoving those butter things into my mouf but I'm getting better at spitting them out. But Meomy is so darn persistent and always wins. She tells me that there is only one more but we will see. Oh, and Karlee comes over when I'm yelling at Meomy and just lafs at me.

Rufus, did Dougie get lost agin? I thought you sent him home with a note for Priscilla to remind him to come to the new place. You did. Ok - go check the old place to see if he's trying to get back in.

Chef, I'm in the mood for catnip brownies today. Can you bake up a batch?
