Boo is about 12 weeks old now. Starting yesterday, he's been crying whenever he goes to the bathroom (only when he's going poo). I've noticed that sometimes he can't seem to get any out, and when he does, its very dry and hard.
He eats wet food(Merrick and Instinct), Home Made 4 life, and turkey necks every few days. Is there anything I an give him to help him go to the bathroom? Could this be something serious, or does it happen with kittens?

I would call the vet immediately. Doesn't sound good. He may well have a blockage and you need to get it tended to right away.

VET .. and take a list of foods and times ... with raw you have to time it right with cooked foods being given

Ok, I'll give the vets a call right away then.

I just called the vet, and they said to try some hairball remedy or pinapple juice first, and if that doesn't help move things along in the next day or so, to bring him in.

I usually give him raw food morning and night, and canned food in the afternoon. Or vise versa. Is this ok, or should I be feeding him differently??
