Program for making banners?

Hi everyone,
I was just wondering what program you guys use to make your amazing banners! My wonderful kitties deserve to be showcased as well, and I want to do them justice!

I just use Adobe Photoshop CS2 & go through the tedious task of carefully cutting the background out of each kitty, so I have a clean image, then paste them on a new background, then give them some text, make it the proper file size and shape and VIOLA!

I've been meaning to make a new one.

I think there is a section in here somewhere, where there are those that can make one for you that are quite skilled at it.

I've been thinking of having them make one for me. I like so many that I see.

I also use Photoshop. I think most signature makers either use Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro. If you want a signature made for you, all you have to do is put a request in the Signature Shower forum, and you will probably get several signatures made for you.
