Hello everyone.

This is the second time I type this thread coz it all disappeared and the stupid undo button did nothing.

I have a question. I notice there is a bazillion threads about declawing. I read that a cat cannot get a full bodied stretch without its claws. Does soft paws in effect act in the same way since the cat cant sink its claws into something?

Have no worries its only a question. I am anti declawing and I would love to declaw any human that has their cat declawed.

Have a great day everyone.

P.s very hot today. 34 yesterday, not sure but pronanly the same today.
Oh and yesterday I got a package from mum. 5 blocks of NZ chocolate all the same flavour. Rocky stinking road. I would have preferred different types, but my all time favourite is black forest. YUM!

Good morning.

I'm only half awake right now. I had a bad night... it was too hot and humid to sleep, and when I did sleep, I woke up twice with panic attacks.

I wish I could have slept in, but Kinah was dead set against it. If I was on my back, she'd go walk on my breasts (ouch!), if I was on my stomach, she'd sniff my face and yell in my ear.

So I'm up. Today I plan on going to the Salvation Army to see if they have a used comfy chair I could buy. Then I will either do more shopping (need to buy fabric) or work on my re-decorating. I'm so close to being done.

Good morning!!
I'm up early too, it is not even 5:00 am (PST) yet, but I can't sleep
. Diego, has your baby come back? I saw he was missing. If that was my husband, he knows he would be out the door
I hope you find him

It will last til Christmas, maybe, i don't particularly like peanuts in chocolate. I love almonds in choclate thought. We had m&m's that went off before being eaten.

~morning~

hot and humid here too and we had to keep the doors closed as the cats are separated while we introduce Autumn (who slept with us last night much to Bumper's annoyance)

not much planned for today except more time with each kitty

Yep I found him, in a different property. If I could walk out I would, and even may just do.
I was looking for jobs in NZ again today, N stinking Z.

I'm glad you found him
I hope you find a job soon. And hopefully your wife will not leave the door open a third time!

yeah, no, I think I've had enough of Japan. I have never been out of work this long in my life, I hate it. Ask anyone who knows me, I am happiest when I am working. If I went back to NZ tomorrow, I could be starting a job the next day thats how easy it is.

I think the time has come to sit the wife down and make her take me serious this time. But you see, the only time she will ever take me serious, is when she gets home from work one day and I'm gone.

Sorry to air my laundry people. Its just building up. I'm actually in a foul mood today 1/2 coz of Diego and 1/2 coz of her lack of understanding about the loss of my son.

Another warm one here as well. We had high winds and thunderstorms all night. Lots of tree branches down and lawn furniture in other peoples yard.

Heading off to work early this morning, am hoping to be finished up by 4 so I can go do some shopping (the cupboards are bare) and run a few errands I missed yesterday because I got stuck at work until very late.

The kitties are great this morning, watching a bunch of Blue Jays in the wild cherry tree outside my front window. They are all squabbling and being very noisy, Linus is loving it.

Everyone have a good one.

Finally a nice cool day with more to follow next week!!

Another morning with great bargains!!
We went to a sale of a woodworking shop going OOB. Granted some of the stuff they must not have had in the sale but we got their 15 minutes before official time and that was good timing!! We bought $40 (their price) of various types of lumber that would retail for 5 times the price, some good router bits again quite the good price and I got a hugh oval rug for the basement craft area for $5!!
Then went tromping around this HUGH tractor/farm implement salvage yd looking for a specific tire (out of luck), stopped at a nursery looking at trees and then this produce stand and bought a HUGH (my word of the day!!) aster plant -its like two feet across for a really good price.

So now just frittering away the afternoon enjoying a glass of wine!!
