Issues really isn't the word I'd use, but I don't know what the word I would use is. Not invented yet I guess.

Sorry to hear about scare about Diego. I really hope that you and your wife can work things out. I love my kitties VERY much, but I love my husband more. It sounds as if she is frustrated about other things and may just be trying to get your attention by "accidentally" letting Diego escape. Maybe your shouls sit down together and talk to her to find out what really is bothering her.

Just my opinion.....

Good luck!!!!!

Takezou,

You and your wife really really really need to sit down and talk. You guys have a lot of issues going on... in order to make this marriage work at all- you need to have communication!

I'm glad the little bugger came home.

He is going to the vet first thing in the morning
. I finally managed to twist my wifes arm (not literally) and get her to make the vet neuter him, even if he isn't 8 months. This has been a tough time, thinking he would start spraying before the vet neutered him. The reason I really, really pressured it this time is because, now he sits at the window he got out of and howls, sounds damn awful. I hope he didn't knock up any of the cats around here, I have only seen 2 others in this street.
I'm praying that since he is a dopey wee boy, he might just be a "slow" developer and doesn't know what to do about his territory.

One reason I didn't buy him a lead sooner is, I thought since he's oldish, if I walk him on a lead he might just get the spraying instinct.

Oh yeah if the vet tries to refuse the neuter, then I don't care if we have to drive to neighbouring cities to find a vet that will do it tomorrow. Come tomorrow night, he better not have his bits intact.
