Good morning, afternoon or evening everyone.

This thread is replacing the daily thread today. And my only post for the day.

This special tribute goes out to Sarah and Andrew, who lost their wee boy Joshua on the 4th of September, and to my son Mitsurugi who died 1 year ago today.

I was only going to mention Mitsurugi in passing but I turn this into a tribute thread for Joshua.

Now below is a prayer, it is for people in need and who feel God had left/failed them. I ask that every TCS member including those who aren't religious to say this prayer, for Sarah, Andrew and Joshua. Even if you just whisper it, God will acknowledge the prayer, It will only take a few minutes out of your time and its for a good cause.

I know how it feels to lose a child, but even I can't imagine the pain it must be having on Sarah and Andrew given that there were only 13 days left.
There is a saying "there is no pain greater, than the loss of a child" that is so true.

Again, please everybody say this prayer for Sarah, Andrew and Joshua, it is the least we can do, especially since TCS is like a little family.

I felt their pain so much and I have been an emotional wreck since I heard the news, it is every parents worst nightmare.

On a side note since this is also a daily. TGIF

I got 300 years shaved off my life expectancy today when I realised my wife left the dining room door pen that leads outside and shut Ryu and Diego in there. The gap of the outside door was so small, its like the little beggers went out and closed it behind them. Ryu stayed near the door but Diego went for a little wonder. I could here him screaming for help but couldn't see him. A neighbour from down the road led me to another property where Diego was. I told her he's my cat and she was surprised, she thought we only had Neko. She said what a rare cat I have. Indeed, he was only 10m away from our house behind a planter and he was lost. Thats why he can never be an outdoor cat. I;m glad he's home as I love him to bits.

A billion super special thank-you's to Stormy who designed the background for the prayer.

What a sweet thought - thank you for posting.

I am sorry about your little wee one also, maybe he and Joshua can be friends. He can take Joshua under his wing and show him the "angel" ropes.

I can't even begin to imagine the pain of losing a child.
I'm so sorry for your loss.

May the angels be w/ you through your time of sorrow.
Blessing to you & yours....

You are so kind, at a time of such grief in your own heart, to do this for Sarah and Andrew. And now I understand how much it meant to you to save Ryu.

You're going to be a wonderful father someday.

I hope so too. I had a wee chat to Mitsurugi, through prayer last night and asked him to look after Joshua. They will be great friends and awesome angels.

This thread for Sarah, Andrew and Joshua (R.I.P) was the absolute least I could do.
I know there are already a few threads going around but I felt compelled to make this one.

Sadly I don't believe it gets any easier to deal with. I don't want to turn this into a thread about me, but it may be something, Sarah and Andrew need to know.
There isn't a single day where I don't spend at least a minute thinking about Mitsurugi wondering how it could have happened. This past week knowing a whole year had gone by was devastating and I was spending about an hour thinking of him. When I heard about Joshua, the flood gates opened and I managed to really cry properly for the first time in half my life.

Sorry I'm babbling now.

Didn't quite work out to be like the daily as I had tried for, but I guess its not really appropriate to combine a thread like that.

You know Takezou, sometimes it's good to cry... to get out those built up feelings. I cry all the time, sometimes for no reason, but I'm just a girl so... But seriously, If you EVER need someone to talk to.... let me know!
