My subscription is up on the 21st and I'm probably not renewing it because I'm never here.
Hey! I wondered what happened to you!

Good to know you're doing well. Too bad, I'll miss your siggies and silly photos of Reeses.

Come back Hissy! We miss you!

Hi Linda,

I have been busy with my writing.
Two more chapters and my manuscript will be finished! Yay! What a massive project that turned out to be.

I am also writing articles for a cat magazine out of India helping them find their way with the feral cats and strays who being trapped and helped out. Cat ownership there is a fairly new concept, unless you are quite rich.

I have other projects on my desk as well and a clowder and hubby and other animals that need me. I do post, just not as much as I used to. Try to limit my posting to help those in need with sick cats and kittens. But, I do think of the members often and miss the old-timers. I do still hear from Deb, Colby and Sandi and Kimward from time-to-time. I also just sent an email to Ashley to find out how a kitten she adopted from me a few years is doing.

Out to the cat circuit if you pick up the latest edition of Quilters' Home Magazine you will see an article by me called Threads of Survival. I get assignments from the publisher when he comes across people going through incredible life trials and coming out on top. I get to interview them and feel truly blessed that they trust me enough to share their pain and their story with the world

Me too! I've gone into lurking mode.

(not saying that I'm all that, but I wanted to respond to a roll call!)

I'm not here much so I know I'm not popular, but I've been posting on this site for a long time. It's hard to believe that it was six years ago this month that I joined this site...and I've seen so many members come and go over the years.

Good to see your post Hissy, and I'm glad things are going well for you and you're keeping busy.

I think people go in cycles. I was pretty busy this summer, plus I had a broken computer for a while. Now, I'm gearing up for the "holidays" and getting a lot of cross stitching done. I lurk a lot and love to keep up with everyone, just very busy with two kids in high school now!

I'm not popular but I am here!! Most of the time I'm lurking and learning lots of new things about kitties. I try and help when I can though! Plus, it's kind of hard to post at work when you're supposed to be working

Now you know that's not true. Especially for the ones playing the color/breed game!

I'm not popular, and wouldn't be missed, either, but I usually come here a few times a day.

By the way Abymummy, I would miss you AND your beautiful cats.

I'm still fairly "new" (been here about a little over a year) but in the beginning I couldn't post much (or even log on, for that matter!), b/c there apparently was a "glitch" between my webTV (which is what I used to have for my internet service) and TCS. Now we have a "real" computer, and so far, I haven't had too many problems.

I'm not here every day (sometimes life is just too hectic!), and I don't always post (unless I have something to say!). I'm by no means an "expert" regarding feline diseases, so I don't give advice when I don't know what I'm talking about.
I leave that to the peeps who DO know!
Sometimes I just read and lurk...

BTW, hi, Hissy!
I was wondering what happened to you myself! I remember you well, b/c you were (if memory serves me correctly) the first person who responded to and gave me valuable info regarding FIP when Winchester was first dignosed. I'm happy to hear you're doing well.
Good luck w/ the book!!
