My cat scratches me on my bed

Hello everybody
I am new to the forum
I have a problem with my cat. I have tried to search in the forum but I have not found any solution yet.
My 3 months old cat uses to sleep in my bed during the night, when I go to sleep she uses to scratch my bed sheets with my legs under them.
Usually she does that for a few minutes when I go to sleep and then she stops, but sometimes she wakes up in the middle of the night and start again, and also at down too.
I have had several cats and almost all of them used to show the same behaviour.
Does anyone know why do they do that and if is there a practical solution to this behaviour?
She is a very loving cat at any other time of the day (and even at night, even though sometimes I sleep only 4 o 5 hours per day because of her)

Aw, she is just playing. Very normal for any cat.
If it is a problem, you will have to sleep alone.

All the cats I've ever had do this. They seem to kneed their bedding when they are contented & b4 they go to sleep. They usually purr at the same time.

I think it is kitten behavior. You could try soft claws on her paws, so she couldn't scratch you.
