Hi Everyone!

Hello,
I have been reading some of the forums for sometime but I thought it was about time to let everyone see my furkids and respond to some of the dicussions. I have read some great rescues and stories and want to get involved. My family consists of my boyfriend, which actually introduced me, once again, to this great lifestyle of the independent, demanding, curious, mysterious, cuddly (at sometimes) cat life of self absorbent. We have 3 wonderful yet different personalities cats.

Abbey, she is 15 yrs old, currently diganosed with CRF. We are dealing with adminstering sub Q fluids and I have gotten some great imformation on this site.

Osten, which we adopted 2 yrs ago from a rescue. He is about 3 yrs. old. He is very independent and lets you know when he wants attention.

Cali, she found us. We think she is appox the same age as Osten. I started feeding her as she wandered in our yard. We took her to the vet and got her spayed and vaccinations. She is the most loving pet.

I love them all and each of their different likes and dislikes.

I look forward to posting on more of the forums.

Good for you, Panda! I know that Osten, Cali, and Abbey are glad they are with you and that they're getting wonderful care and lots of love. You obviously care a lot about cats and are doing all the right things for them. My sweet Moti angel had CRF and so I empathize with you regarding the sub-Q fluids; cherish all the time you have with her. You are very lucky -- fifteen is a respectable age! My Moti left us at age 7...but we had a lot of wonderful times together, and she'll always and ever be in my heart.

THANK YOU for rescuing your three! All nine of The Nine are rescues, too. Aren't cats the best?!

Thank you for all the kind words. You are right, cats are the best. They are all so different. We love them all. They are right now getting their nightime snack.

Nighttime treats, eh? Sounds like you'd do a great job of filling in for me if The Nine ever needed a replacement for their humble handmaid (moi)! You should hear the squalling around here last thing at night - and then the sound of multiple crunchies! as nine sets of jaws tuck into their GoodLife treats! It's only their due, after all...

And yes, we must be kind to all cats. After all, we want them to put in a good word for us, don't we?
