Raw Chicken necks??

I've heard that giving your cats raw chicken necks are good for their jaws and teeth. I just have a few questions though. One, where would I get raw chicken necks? Two, is there anything I have to worry about (bacteria wise) when feeding something raw? And three, are raw bones safe for cats??

my vet prefers turkey necks... a organic butcher would be where I would go to get them ... You have to make sure the raw is NOT OUT for more than 30 MIN ... Yes raw bones are safe for MOST cats .... thou mine thought I was nuts
