I played soccer from when I was about 5 years old, all the way through a couple years in college. Other than that, I like to watch college basketball on television.

I'm a baseball fan too. Or at least I would be if I had the chance to actually watch it. (no TV, and Montreal doesn't have a team anymore... so I'm out of luck) Last game I saw was over two years ago when I went to Boston and bought myself a ticket to see a game at Fenway.

However, as far as favorite teams, I don't really have one. EXCEPT that I hate the Yankees. Sorry.
So by default I really like the Red Sox.

Funny thing is, I don't like playing baseball. I find it too boring. I'd rather play soccer.

Nascar is #1 and #2 is the Packers. Even named the cats Harvick (after the 29 car) and Smoke after the 20 car.

Oh, that is too cute! Is Smoke an orange and black kitty?

Nascar is #1 for me too. Out of the list, I guess I like watching football more than the rest, but I don't really get into it. For me, the Superbowl is a reason to have a party and drink beer. I cheer for the team that has the prettiest helmets!
I do have a soft spot for the Raven's though. I like their colors and they are named after Poe's poem...that's enough for me.

I voted for baseball, because I think it's easily the best game -- but I don't really give a hoot about professional baseball anymore. When I was a kid, we went to a few games -- most memorably the Orioles at RFK Stadium when we lived in D.C. I loved it! But now I'd rather see a highschool team play -- it's more fun when they're playing for love, not money.

On TV, though, I love to watch golf! It's very relaxing to just sit and crochet kitty toys and watch the beautiful scenery go by... and I do love the game itself, especially since we went to St. Andrew's in 2001. Once you've walked that famous Old Course, you're hooked!

I love that football season started this past weekend. How about that Appalachian State win. WVU has Marshall Saturday at 11am... way too early. Let's Goooooooo Mountaineers! Both of them hehe.
Basketball is a close second.

Neither Rob nor I like sports, except watching the occasional drag race on ESPN (we even went to a NHRA thing for free at Englishtown). We both enjoy drag racing our cars as well.

No he is Black and White. When Camaro had kittens I said we are keeping 1 and naming it Harvick and I don't care boy or girl. So when the black and white one showed up I looked at hubby and said Smoke. I can say that when they are chasing each other it is like a nascar race with the crashes and all.

Its kind of weird in my book that I live so close to a race track, drive by it almost every day, minus 2 weeks a year, and I'm not all that into racing. I used to be when my mom was into it so much, but I cant even remember the last race I watched on TV. I've been on national tv playing the national anthem for a busch race
Maybe I will have to go next year.
You know its sad when you have attended school in the suites of a race track because your school building was put under a tent...
