Kitten who seems to be in pain

I have a kitten here who seems to be in pain.. every so often he Screams really loud and then stops moving.. but he twitches.. and it doesn't seem normal... My mom said it could possible be that he has a belly ache.. but the kitten never drinks any milk.. at the moment my little sister is rubbing his belling to see if it passes, but i am not sure what does everybody else think?

Is he even trying to nurse? Have you tried feeding it with a medicine dropper? There could be something genetically wrong...does the momma cat push it away or anything?

His momma never pushes him away she puts him under her arm and licks the top of the head like she does to the others... he seems to be comfortable til she stops then he whines again.

He just died.....

This makes me really sad to hear that, especially when they suffer and they cant tell us what's wrong. Im sorry for your loss
