So, as I'm laying in bed trying desperatly to fall asleep I remebered that as a kid I always fought sleep and hated taking naps. Now, as an adult I feel like I can't get enough sleep.
Yeah its a pain when you cant get to sleep isnt it? I get that all the time in summer, i cant sleep for the life of me at night but will nap lots during the day.
Tho if your in bed for about half an hour and not sleeping yet then you should get up and do other stuff around the house till you feel tired again. There is no point laying there for to long thinking about going to sleep cause it only keeps you awake longer.
Also try a hot chamomile tea before bed. Its good for relaxing you and helping to sleep, and it tastes yummy
