Were going fishing today (My daughter wants to) and IF we get a fish is it ok to give Puff a raw fish tail? It's a big if, but I'd like to know beforehand. I'm sure he'd love it.

What toxic chemicals? I would assume parasites and other stuff is in all raw food. Not good for us but some animals can handle that.

No, feeding raw fish can cause serious vitamin B depletion, besides the risk of parasites and toxins (which a cat cannot deal with in the same way as we do because their liver is not as efficient)

This was a very clean and well kept pond at our wildlife reserve. But it doesn't matter anyway because she didn't catch anything.

I've saw the things about vitamin deficiency but that is only when their fed it regularly.
