Concert Tonight... New Experience.

So my sis got tickets for her and I to see a concert together.... This is going to be an experience. I will be out of my element, but it will be fun to dress the part (will be dressing gothic/industrial/rock... Definitely not my casual wear... I actually had to borrow clothes). If I dont dress the part, Im going to be the freak show Im a little worried that it is downtown (Ive never been to this particular theater before) and considering the type of music (which I do love) Im sure to get a beating being amongst the crowd (Im so small... I get killed in the mosh pits)... So send me some vibes that I dont get beaten to a bloody pulp, that my car doesnt get broken into, that the smoke inhalation wont kill me, that the drunk people wont set me off, and that I dont get lost... Maybe Ill post some pics in the next few days... It will look like Halloween come early.

Im nervous and excited all at once. My last concert was Ozzfest last year, and that time I stayed out of the mosh pit At this place the whole surrounding will be a mosh pit...

I must have missed the fake blood? ...of course Tomas suddenly wanted to play fetch while I was trying to watch that.

I suggest you wear some earplugs, especially if you don't know how loud a particular venue will be. I have permanent ringing in my right ear from KMFDM, learned my lesson the hard way.


It's too bad that Ozzfest never plays in Oklahoma. This year was free, but driving to Texas wouldn't have really been worth the hassle. Though I wouldn't have minded seeing Behemoth and Nile.

I hope you have fun and don't get too squished by the mosh pit.

I LOVE KMFDM, I am very jealous of you!!!!

Oh as for the fake blood, I deleted their main link because it is inappropriate for this website (I noticed after viewing the gallery)

I didnt go to Ozzfest this year simply because it was free. Free=Chaos!

I hope I have fun, I checked some youtube videos to see how industrial dancing goes down... LOL I think anyone could manage this:

You should be Watts was still with them then, no idea if he's done anymore shows with them or is just doing PIG now... personally I'm more of a PIG/Watts with KMFDM fan. Keep an eye on their site though, they do tour somewhat regularly, just rarely near where I live.

.. That looks completely ridiculous! Probably look silly dancing like that to the harder industrial..

Im going to have so much fun with my dancing... If you get bored type in Industrial Dancer on youtube. He and a bunch of others are all over the place... It looks like a mix of raver, kung foo, and spazz moves... Im gonna make a blast of it and just dance like a loon toon. My sis will be down to look special ed with me. I dont think I could dance that bad if I tried (and Im no professional)... Props to the guy for trying though.

The next concert we may go to is September 10th... The Birthday Massacre, i LOVE them!
