My roof is leaking!
It's raining like a monsoon right now and the ceiling is dripping

Just called the landlords to let them know..

For those of you who don't know, we own a roofing company

Can you tell what's wrong with it?

This is a good way to get a job.

I know the situation itself isn't very funny to you...but the part about you owning a roofing company and your roof is leaking.
Now, that's funny! HAHA! Well, I hope things get fixed..so your stuff doesn't get soaked!

Yeap. They had the roof done about 5 months before we moved in. The guy who did it put shingles on the roof when it should be torch down. We have a crack in the ceiling that we've watched get bigger over the last year and have told the landlords more then once that it would eventually leak. Well, it did

They will probably have us fix it and take it off the rent

Hopefully you can fix it soon. Our roof started leaking a little bit last year, and about a month later the ceiling caved in. It took down a huge spot...6 ceiling tiles worth.

Ours started out like this.

Then it collapsed and looked like this.

Nah, Nothing got ruined. It was just a few drops. But I also know that if it's not fixed asap, next time it will be worse!

It was in pretty bad shape. Plus we went from a flat roof to a sloped roof. I have been meaning to post before and after pictures for like a month now.

Along that line was when my mom ran the office of a plumber. Always installing new fixtures but the office bathroom fixtures dated from 50 years earlier (This was in the early 60s).
