Need Help to Fix a pic to Custom Avatar...

Trying to make a custom avatar...

It's needs to 50 x 50 19KB..

I have this picture I want to put on.. Can someone help me get it to this.. I've spent and hour and can't figure it out..

Are you sure it has to be 50px wide? That's really small. Anyway I've cropped the photo for you. Since it's so small I zoomed in on the photo so her gorgeous eyes would show better.

It's attached to this post. Just save it down on your computer and use it for your avatar if you're happy with it

Unless you are a paying member, that is the size for avatars
