attachments not working?

I can't view attachments on this site. I used to be able to.

when I try it says this :

An admin will have to look at your account to check, so you might be better off PMing ones of them (or it could be that the attachment in question was deleted, have you tried opening others?)

I just had that same thing happen in "Crossing the Bridge" .....

Looking at the attachments, the user doesn't have that much attachment space so they may have not uploaded properly?
