Crap! Just got a couple of calls, and he has had a relapse. An old friend who knew us way back when called to me it really looks bad. I am at a loss as to what to do? Would you pray for him please, his name is Don. I may have said that name before I can't remember right now. His fever is back and he is coughing up blood again, and has other symptoms I won't go into and no, he is not a smoker.

Hissy - I've just picked up this post, I'm so sorry to hear of Don's horrid experience. Time heals the bad things and we end up realising that even ex-husbands are just human beings, even if we had a hard time with them.

I am praying that Don finds the strength to fight this awful infection and that his Doctors do all in their power to make him better.

Hang on in there girl . . .

I just made a phone call earlier to him- and his girlfreind won't let me talk to him now. But I did find out he is home, and he is weak, but still alive and kicking. I will try to get past the protective girfriend tomorrow and talk to him.

Well - you ARE the threatening ex-wife! LOL! I'm sorry you didn't get to speak to him, but I'm happy to hear he's back home. That says a lot.

I finally got past "psychotica" (the new girlfriend) and talked to Don- though I could hear her breathing on the other extension! Good grief! LOL

He went to an internist and they discovered he has Class A Pnuemonia, and bartonellis (spelling?) His cat scratched him before he went on vacation. He is home, and weak, lost over 40 pounds in one week! But he is not dying though he told he thought he was which is why he had his girlfriend call me. His voice is stronger and he sounds more like the old Beech I used to know. I'd say his girlfriend needs to let him off his leash a little more, but perhaps she found out like I did that staying faithful just doesn't seem to be in his blood.

Thanks for all your prayers- I know they helped him!
