It's now, everyone...

Twix is having her babies. The contractions have started, but she wants me to be touching her the whole time. I'm only able to write this because she's vigorously grooming herself "down there" and is unable to mew for me. I must say, I'm honored she trusts me eno be here, let alone touch her while she's having them.


I'm going to make this first post short and sweet, but you all can bet 'll be updates every inch of the way!

Edit:The first baby is here - but she hasn't severed the umbilical cord and the next one will becoming soon. What do I do?

Second one came, both cords are cut. Everything good so far.

Okay, you all - the third at 9:57 and is perfectly healthy. His name is Sir Chirrup. All of the placentas (from the three currently) are out, and all of the cords are severed...the delivery is going fantastically.

Babies four and five arrived - I'm fairly sure this is the last of them, too! The contraction started at 8:37 and she just now at the final placenta. It sure was tiring, though...I almost wonder if I'm as pooped as she is!

The final names and colors (exucse my unofficial terms, please!)

One: Sunflower, black and white
Two: Ditto, white and tabby
Three: Sir Chirrup, darkish tabby (no idea what else to call it!)
Four: Ragamuffin, black and white
Five: Viking, black and white

Pictures will be up on Monday, hopefully. I'll try to get some group shots!

I slept hard and fast last night after making sure everyone was oay! And if I slept that deep, I wonder how Twix did? :L
