i dont have neighbors... at least the 2 legged kind.
i have lots of deer, and couple of coyotas(howver you spell it)
hmm i had some rabbits but Rabbit + hawks-= no rabbits over time.

Ours let us use their condo on our way to Florida. They stay there a lot and they were gone during a bad ice storm we had last winter. They had tons of branches fall out of their trees and my SO cleaned up their yard for them not expecting anything in return. He was just being neighborly.

I've been really lucky with good neighbours, and one of them nextdoor cuts my front lawn and feeds and waters it for me
