She found a plastic ring off a bottle top in the lounge room, and carried it to the other side of the lounge room in her mouth, and dropped it in her "Bizzy Kitty Activity Centre" (a cardboard box with holes in it - you put stuff in it and the kitties try to get the toys out). She's now having a great old time playing with the box trying to get the ring out.

Ahh there we go - she just got it out. And put it back in the box again...

Can Smudge come to our house for a play-date? What a sweetie!

How are her eyes now? Have they healed and no more problem?

Awww!
That's so cute! Cats are smarter than we sometimes give them credit for. It takes some cognitive reasoning to figure out what Smudge did. She is not only so pretty but she's also pretty crafty

They're as good as they'll ever get. She has congenital defects - one of her eyeballs has all these iris strands in it - it looks like a heap of tiny worms in her eyes. Her eyeballs are still too small and will never grow, and she doesn't make lubricant properly, so we have to put eye lubricant in her eyes every night.

She's got no depth perception, often struggles to follow the dot of the laser pointer and the highest she'll jump up or down from is the arm of the couch - nothing higher. But she still functions perfectly fine, and is as cute as ever and her little beady eyes add to her charm. She's the buggest love bug and we adore her to bits!

This is how her eyes typically look - you may be able to see the pupil is very cloudy, and in the second pic you may be able to see the little strands in her right eye as you look at the pic.

Awwww I love how creative they are with simple stuff!

My Sophie walks around with those plastic bottle thingies in her mouth, throws it up in the air and catches and attacks it.

Same goes with plastic soda bottle caps).
