I think I may be getting a cold.
My nose is runny and I feel like poo. I've never been sick in the summer before so hopefully I'm just having an off day and not coming down with something.

Over the river and through the woods...
Could it just be allergies? Summer colds are the worst. Take a few ibuprofin and get some rest. Vitamin C will help also.

Or, take Karl's advice and just "drink" it out of you!

Hope you feel better soon!

I get sick EVERY summer... a real bad cold too.
It always happens in the summer and in the winter, during seasonal transitions.... when it gets REALLY hot, I get sick... when it gets REALLY cold, I get sick....

I'm usually out of commission for at least a week and a half in each case.

I've had a weird "cold"; not sure it is was (the nose wasn't too bad) for 2 weeks. It's been a very bad cough, but not bringing up mucus, which is odd for such a bad cough.

Drink 2 tablespoons of vinegar (cide is better) in an 8 oz. glass of cold water, twice a day. I find this helps a lot; tastes like crap...

Eat lots of raw garlic in meals; onions, tomato products (acid + Vitamin C); I love those roasted red peppers in olive oil in jars--feels great on a sore throat.

Hope you feel better really soon!

I always seem to get a cold whenever the seasons start to change. Maybe that's what's happening to you. It's almost September!
